We make limited quantities of excellent, award-winning Pinot Noir and Chardonnay, with a regular and a barrel select cuvée of each. We also make a tiny amount of fantastic Rhône-style Syrah.

Gruet winery produces nine different sparkling wines, we produce six non-vintages (Sauvage, Brut, Blanc de Noirs, Rose, Extra Dry and Demi-Sec) and three vintage wines (2007 Blancs de Blanc, 2007 Grand Rose, and 2003 Grande Reserve).
