Grand Rosé

Grand Rosé

Tasting Notes

The Grand Rosè offers the best of both worlds: it has delicate aromas of cassis and hazelnut, and flavors of cherry, and a hint of rose petals on the back palate. The texture is pure, creamy Chardonnay with an ultra-fine mousse and very rich. This wine perfectly balances freshness and desirable qualities found in expertly aged sparkling wines. Great complexity and a long, very crisp finish. Lifetime expectancy of 10 years.

International Wine Review

Made in a very popular style, this is a fruit forward, creamy and lush rose. It shows red berry aromas, a soft. suave palate, and fresh red berriy and cranberry notes. Finishes very long. This would be the perfect wine for wedding cake. A blend of 95% free-run Chardonnay and 5% barrel aged Pinot Noir from estate vineyards.
