Come join our beloved winemaker, Laurent Gruet, for an all-out birthday bash. Savor will be onsite shucking oysters by the half and full dozen. Oysters will be served on the half shelf with our rosé mignonette, grilled or with roasted bone marrow—mouth-watering! Not an oyster eater? Don’t fret! We will have plenty of sides ala carte to purchase the day of. Looking forward to celebrating with you!
